We are looking for a skilled and experienced Group Legal Officer to join our legal team.
Job Responsibilities
- Provide legal expertise with a focus on trade laws and international agreements.
- Scrutinize and draft business agreements for foreign and local ventures.
- Handle corporate secretarial matters for group companies.
- Manage intellectual property issues, including liaising with the National Intellectual Property Office (NIPO).
- Appear in legal matters related to recoveries, court cases, and other issues.
- Advise management on legal strategies and compliance.
Candidate Requirements

| Education | Bachelor of Law Degree from a UGC-recognized local or international university. Notaries License in English. |
| Experience | Minimum of 5 years as an Attorney at Law with expertise in trade laws, corporate matters, and IP handling. |
| Skills | Strong command of English (oral and written), high interpersonal skills, and ability to work independently. |
| Age | Preferably below 45 years of age. |
