Human Resources Executive
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate with department heads to implement HR strategies.
- Oversee recruitment procedures to ensure operational efficiency.
- Monitor and evaluate employee Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
- Drive skill development programs for employees.
- Implement measures to improve job satisfaction and retention rates.
Candidate Profile:

| Educational Qualification | Degree/Diploma or equivalent qualification in Human Resources. |
| Experience | Proven 3+ years of experience in human resources management. |
| Age | Candidates should be below 45 years of age. |
