Requirements
| Criteria | Description |

| Education | Degree or equivalent professional qualification in Marketing or related field |
| Experience | Minimum 3 years in consumer electronics, home appliances industry in a similar role |
| Technical Knowledge | AC and Refrigeration; experience with consultants, architects is an advantage |
| Skills | – Strong leadership and team management skills – Excellent communication and interpersonal skills |
| Software Proficiency | Good knowledge of MS Office applications |
| Licenses | Valid driving and riding license |
| Other Preferences | – Ability to use initiative and handle pressure – Preferably residing in Colombo or nearby areas for easier commute |
