CALL CENTER EXECUTIVE (FEMALE)
We are on the lookout for a Call Center Executive for our client company located in Colombo 04
The selected candidate will be responsible to answer incoming calls with a high level of call quality & customer satisfaction
Requirements
- Female candidates with age below 30 years
- Excellent in English is a must with Sinhala is essential (Tamil being an added advantage)
- Minimum 01 year and above experience in similar capacity
- Computer literacy
- Good PR skills and capable handling of correspondence
- Ability to work under pressure
- Excellent listening , problem solving and analytical skills
- Possess an aptitude for customer service
- Selected candidate should be willing to work on Saturday
- Should reside within Colombo radius for easy commute
Salary is negotiable and will commensurate with qualifications and experience to the right candidate.
